SAFE-T-PROOF accepts payments via Paypal or Credit / Debit cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo. All orders are processed through an authorized merchant processor on a secured form using 256-bit SSL encryption. You may verify our SSL certificate and company information by clicking the Geotrust button displayed in the shopping cart area before checkout. We do not save or store your payment information on our servers at anytime.
Once we have received your order, our sales team will first confirm your payment and confirm the billing and shipping information together with your payment method before processing. If your order requires additional verification, we may e-mail or call you with details. After confirmation, our warehouse team will begin processing your order and notify you once your packages have shipped.
Because your safety and peace of mind are our utmost concern, we strive to fulfill and ship most orders within one business day. Should your order require additional processing or payment verification, we may e-mail you or call with details. SAFE-T-PROOF uses several carriers to ship items as quickly as possible to your home or business. Once our warehouse has fullfilled your order, we will e-mail the tracking number and a link to track your package(s) on the carrier's website.
All orders that meet our free shipping criteria are shipped UPS Ground, or in some cases another carrier's equivalent. Orders with destinations in California are routinely shipped using OnTrac - an expedited regional shipper. Heavy, bulky or over-sized orders may require a freight shipment. If your order has specific needs, a member from our shipping team may call you and discuss a shipping arrangement.
We accept returns on new, unopened and unfastened fastening kits and straps sold through our website within 30 days of delivery. A 35% restocking fee applies to all returned orders / items. All items returned should include the original product packaging and all included accessories. In the event the return is due to our error, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and process your return, we'll submit a refund request, minus the restocking fee. Once approved, your refund will be made through the same form of payment used during your purchase. Please note: It may take 3-10 days for your bank to process and post the refund.
If you received a faulty or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Support Team immediately by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at: 1-800-377-8888 during regular business hours, PST. We'll work quickly to replace the item and setup return shipping.
