NEW: For cabinets with lip soffits. If your cabinet has a lip that is a minimum 3/4" wide, as shown below, you can still use SeismoLatch Deluxe. Simply use the adhesive to position the housing and the included set screws with the mounting holes on the housing piece. Use the template and the adhesive-held door catch as shown above.
